Troy W. Rindy is a seasoned real estate agent with Lake Homes Realty, specializing in expansive tracts of wooded hills and hollers throughout Middle Tennessee, as well as properties along the Buffalo and Tennessee Rivers. Originally from Wisconsin, Troy was raised on a dairy farm in a small rural community. Before making his move to Tennessee, he lived in Southeast Wisconsin’s "Lake Country," an area surrounded by lakes that sparked his passion for real estate and land development.

Troy’s connection to Tennessee began in 2021 when he visited the area in his 40-foot Class A RV. Enamored by the region's natural beauty, he purchased 35 and 21 acres of undeveloped land and embarked on developing his own RV park, personally overseeing much of the work. His hands-on involvement in land development has allowed him to gain invaluable expertise, making him a trusted professional in the market. Additionally, Troy owns various income-generating properties, including a duplex and multi-use building in Wisconsin, as well as a beachfront vacation rental in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

With a parallel career in IT Security for a major bank, Troy balances his tech profession with his real estate ventures. He lives in The Woodlands at Buffalo River, a sprawling 5,500-acre subdivision in Perry County,Tennessee, where he continues to develop his property and guide others in finding their ideal land or home. Dedicated to helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Troy is passionate about the peaceful surroundings and charm of Middle Tennessee. When not working, he enjoys boating, riding his Harley, and spending time with his loyal companion, a Black Lab mix named Panelopie.
